Richard Jones is a highly experienced specialist in Corporate Recovery and Turnaround and is a Chartered Accountant & Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. He regularly works on formal corporate insolvency assignments and turnaround projects alike, and has close links with all leading financial institutions.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1974 and gaining his insolvency licence in 1986, Richard is renowned for his positive and commercial approach, coupled with an extensive technical knowledge developed over twenty-five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Richard is a past Chairman of the South West and Wales R3 - The Association of Business and Recovery Professionals - the national association for insolvency and turnaround professionals.

Richard is married with two grown up children and enjoys combining business with the occasional round of golf.

Melanie Giles is a recognised national specialist in the field of personal insolvency and is currently managing an extensive portfolio of bankruptcy and individual voluntary arrangement cases. She has developed close links with all main banks, credit card providers and financial institutions and is able to negotiate financial settlements at all levels.

Having trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Melanie obtained her insolvency licence in 1996 having passed the Joint Insolvency Examinations Board examinations, and has 20 years practical insolvency experience.

Her reputation at the leading edge of personal insolvency is derived from a sympathetic approach to individuals, coupled with sound commercial judgement and careful ongoing case management to ensure creditors expectations are appropriately managed.

Melanie is married and any spare time is spent training and competitive running!
